            मोसम के बदलते मिज़ाज सी होती है।

            वादे -वफ़ा,इज़हार किसी से होती है

           गिला शिकायत किसी और से होती है।।

            मुहब्बत अब ज़माने में कैसे होती है?

            चटके शीशों के दरारो जैसी होती है

           जिस्म पाने भर की ख़्वाहिश होती है

            प्यास बुझने पर वो ख़ाक ही होती है

           मुहब्बत अब ज़माने में कैसे होती है?

           शोहरत दोलत की मोहताज होती है

           इश्क की हैसियत से ही दोस्ती होती है

          जस्वातो की हालत बहते पानी सी होती है

 

           मुहब्बत अब ज़माने में कैसे होती है?

          चोराहो में भटके मुसाफ़िरो सी होती है।

          जब मुहब्बत की मंज़िले अधूरी होती है

         तब बदनाम करने की ही साजिश होती हैं
